4. Flatten Test

D>60.3 mm pipe shall be done flatten test .

5.Non Destructive Test & Hydro-static Test :

Steel Pipe will be doing NDE test and hydro-static test for each pipe in 100% frequency .

6. Galvanizing Inspection :

For each purchase order, we guarantee the min zinc thickness regulated in the Contract . and do the measurement before shipment . Zinc Surface shall be smooth and free of rust , oil ect . Marking shall be clear. Bundle Package shall be resistant .

7. Deep procession on material :

Decho is professional with deep procession on steel material. For galvanized seamless steel pipe, we can process with threading and coupling end, weld with flanges, weld with plate as per clients design , and we can also bend the pipe .
