4.Cold Bend Test :
D≦60.3mm pipe (except for 42.25. Flatten Test
D>60.3 mm pipe shall be done flatten test .
6.Non Destructive Test & Hydro-static Test :
Seamless Pipe will be doing NDE test for each pipe in 100% frequency . The test way includes Ultrasonic test, Eddy flaw Detection test, or Magnetic flux leakage test .. These Non-Destructive Test can be replaced with hydro-static test.
7. Galvanizing Inspection :
For each purchase order, we guarantee the min zinc thickness regulated in the Contract . and do the measurement before shipment . Zinc Surface shall be smooth and free of rust , oil ect . Marking shall be clear. Bundle Package shall be resistant .
8. Deep procession on material :
Decho is professional with deep procession on steel material. For galvanized seamless steel pipe, we can process with threading and coupling end, weld with flanges, weld with plate as per clients design , and we can also bend the pipe .
